There was quite a storm on Saturday and that kept many people indoors.  However, we were still able to rally the troops and 25% of our people were able to make it.  Rather impressive considering that there were road closures, flash flooding, and lightning storms in the area!

$4200 dollars donated through cash and in-kind donations. 

We also sponsored breakfast for all 165 volunteers working the event for the American Cancer Society

2012 Camp Hospitality

April 4, 2012


We hosted about 65 Children from the HISD for a tour of the hotel.  The idea was to show them a day in the life of a hotel associate and to get them excited for a future in the Hospitality Industry.  These children ranged from ages 12-14 and participated in a scavenger hunt, hotel tour and a towel folding class.  This was all capped off with a special lunch with prizes and going away gifts.


This was our second year participating and we are happy to support such a wonderful cause.
